Batten down the hatches, this one is looking big! She's a slow simmer however accumulating up to two tails an hour. Intense flavor blowing in from the NE part of my kitchen, gusts up to MMMM, smelling good. Watch out for slick butter trails later this evening, and a loosening of your belt. I'd complain but nothing beats a bowl of hot Maine Lobster Stew like a good ole' fashion Maine Nor'Easter!
